How do I access my training programs?

You can access your training programs by signing in to the website or the app using the login details you created and that were emailed to you.

How long does my free trial last?

The free trial lasts for 10 days. After this you will need to sign up for one of our plans if you want to keep getting Online Personal Training.

How often am I billed?

You will be billed monthly for all plans until you cancel.

How To Cancel Membership

To cancel your membership you need to email: contact@tiptop-fitness.com
Give notice of wanting to cancel. Do this before your next billing period, and you won’t be charged again.

You can also cancel from your PayPal account. 
You can still use these services until the end of your current billing period.

Are these exercises suitable for everyone?

There are beginner, intermediate, and advanced exercises within the programs. If you have trouble with any of the exercises, try doing them with more stabilization (on both legs rather than on the bosu ball or single leg). If they are still too difficult, contact your personal trainer for alternate exercises.

Don’t try anything you are not comfortable with. Your trainer and Tip Top Fitness LLC are not responsible for any injuries that occur from using our services. 

How do I contact my Personal Trainer?

You can use the Instant messenger within the website of the App, or you can send an email to contact@tiptop-fitness.com

If you have already signed up for one of the plans the trainer will actually give you their own phone number, as you will be in regular contact.
